This position is responsible for ensuring that key indicators in our customer service agreements are met. Specifically, the responsibilities of this position include :

• Drive repair turnaround performance by working closely with our vendors to ensure our customer expectations are being met.
• Build strong vendor relationships.
• Effectively communicate with our customers.

Required Skills

• Proven relationship-building skills.
• Proactive problem solving ability.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong PC skills, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

Required Experience

2-5 years experience in vendor / logistics coordination.
