Job Description:

Warehouse Associates are an essential part of the Warehouse Operations Team. This position is responsible for coordinating with team members in the receiving, quality, and packaging of customer items. In addition this role will be responsible for doing inventory audit checks.

High performing candidates will eventually be trained to process to receive orders, item quality checks and counts, inventory, and packaging.

Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with team members to receive items efficiently and in a timely manner
• Quality check items/parts for compliance in regards to type and condition as well as ensure proper documentation is received
• Package items in accordance to department guidelines to ensure safe and efficient delivery

Additional responsibilities:

• General warehouse duties as required
• Operation of scales and weight counters
• Lifting, pulling up to 50lbs
• Bending over, kneeling down, reaching to high shelves

Required Qualifications:

• Highly motivated and a desire to learn
• 2 years experience in a shipping/receiving warehouse based role
• Familiarity with Windows operating system
• Familiarity with ERP systems – Inventory Management, Purchasing or Sales Preferred but not a Must
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Organized, attentive to detail, able to produce consistently high-quality work
• Team player with good judgment, tact, and strong interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) and able to work effectively with cross-regional teams in a multi-cultural environment

Working Conditions:

This position works in a warehouse. Temperatures range during seasonal periods; fans and heaters provided.

Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, Day Shift
