Summary

CTC Group is seeking Cloud Architect/Engineers for contingent positions to support our efforts in Annapolis Junction.

Responsibilities

• Advising senior business and technical personnel to facilitate the delivery of robust, scalable cloud architectures that meet or exceed mission requirements
• Serve as an agnostic cloud advocate; helping customers identify and select cloud architectures and services most appropriate to meet mission requirements
• Support the development and maintenance of data models, data dictionaries, data maps, and other enterprise-level architectural artifacts
• Design cloud solutions in accordance with applicable policies, standards, and best practices
• Advise customers on the maintenance and evolution of future-state service provider-authorized, multi-cloud architecture, and knowledge database based on ever-changing IC mission needs

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in STEM domain
• 5 years in cloud and/or hybrid environment
• 5 years in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (Paas), and Software as a Service (SaaS)
• 5 years designing/deploying cloud solutions in AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), IBM Cloud, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• 5 years in large-scale data architecture, data modeling, database design, and information systems implementation
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise data strategy, data governance, data stewardship, data standards, and metadata management
• Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment, working as a team member in cross-functional teams
• Certification in one or more of the following: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate), other Cloud related certs

Desired Skills

• Certification in one or more of the following: Azure, OCI, GCP, IBM Cloud
• Experience with full lifecycle software development
• Experience with SQL databases
• Experience migrating custom-built and enterprise applications to and from on-premises platforms to the cloud
