Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Web Designer to become the newest member of our growing team at CTA Digital. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for developing web layout design solutions that help support our growing online business and presence.

This candidate will be responsible for helping continually advance and maintain the company website. They will create online design content to help connect to our audience and work with other departments to analyze and create strategies to help market components to drive business.

Duties:
- Design and implement visually appealing website layouts, user interfaces, and interaction designs using standard web design tools and technologies
- Collaborate with sales teams and management to understand company objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
- Create visually compelling artworks, including but not limited to web banners, advertisements, A content, and various other online sales materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design, usability, and SEO
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms
- Maintain and update existing websites as needed
- Participate in design/creative discussions, brainstorming and planning with design department, other internal departments and sometimes teams outside of the company

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Experience with web layout design
- 2 years experience with e-commerce and online marketing
- 1 years of experience with product design that deals with devices of the digital world
- Proficiency navigating through back-end website interfaces along with e-commerce platforms
- Strong knowledge of web design principles, including responsive design and usability best practices
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or other design software
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
