We are immediately hiring full-time and part-time Autism Aides. This position is available in our Layton residential homes supporting male adults with Autism and other disabilities. No Caregiver/Direct Support Professional Experience Required! Get hired in less than a week!

Schedules:

• Monday 2pm-8pm, Tuesday 2pm-8pm, Wednesday 4pm-11pm, Saturday 2pm-11pm, and Sunday 2pm-9pm Total: 35 hours
• Monday 4pm-9pm, Tuesday 4pm-9pm, Saturday 10am-8pm, Sunday 10am-8pm Total: 30 hours
• Monday-Friday 6AM-10AM Total: 20 hours
• Thursday 4pm-11pm, Friday 4pm-11pm, Saturday 9am-3pm, Sunday 9am-3pm Total: 26 hours

Preference given to applicants willing to drive a CTA Company Vehicle (Clean Driving record, Utah Driver’s License, and 2 years of driving experience).

As an Autism Aide (aka Direct Support Professional (DSP)/in-home caregiver), you will help our special needs adult male clients achieve their personal goals and do fun activities like listening to music, swimming, going to the arcade, thrift store shopping, and going for walks.

We do help our clients with personal hygiene. We provide you with all the training you need to perform this job, no previous caregiver or Direct Support Professional experience necessary.

Requirements:

• 18 years for Non-Driver/19 years or older for Company Driver
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Willingness to help someone with personal hygiene (brief/diaper changes)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to lift 50 pounds from the floor
• Basic computer skills (Slack, Note Taking, Smart Phone Usage)
