Dental Front Desk

Full time position in an exciting, rapid paced surgical dental office. Must work well independently and with others. Candidate should have positive attitude, be organized, be a problem solver, be friendly, and have a desire to learn, adapt and cross train. Ability to multi-task is a must. Past experience in the dental field is a plus

Compensation competitive

Responsibilities include:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Check-in patients, verify insurance information, and collect necessary paperwork
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Handle patient billing inquiries and process payments
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time
