Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team with potential for future partnership to ownership.

As a Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. We have two offices; one in Willimantic and Vernon, CT. Your primary responsibility will be diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.

Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Conduct dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crown placements
- Administer local anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and other staff members to ensure efficient patient care
- Utilize Eaglesoft dental software for accurate record keeping
- Provide specialized dental care for pediatric and medically complicated patients
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe dental office environment

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, oral diseases, and treatment options
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry
- Experience with CAD/CAM systems for digital impressions and restorations
- Familiarity with medical coding for insurance billing purposes
- Ability to perform patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff members

Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license in good standing
- Completion of residency program (preferred)
- CPR certification
- Proven experience as a Dentist (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
