CT Consultants, Inc. is Hiring a Construction Inspector Near Columbus, OH

We are currently looking for several Construction Inspectors to join our team. Projects will be in the Central Ohio region.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 3 years of experience inspecting residential/multi-family development projects.
  • Knowledge of codes and regulations: Familiarity with local, state, and national building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards, as well as a good understanding of construction safety practices.
  • Attention to detail: Demonstrate keen attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents.
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Monitoring work for compliance with plans and specifications
  • Preparing written reports, calculations, client interface, and related work items
  • Monitoring of heavy highway, water & wastewater works, underground utility installation, and municipal infrastructure improvements.
  • Applicant must possess a valid Ohio Driver’s License, have a good driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
