We are seeking a SecureView System Administrator to join our dynamic Cyber Operations Services team. The successful candidate will provide tier one support, troubleshooting, software installation, and manage a myriad of subtasks related to Cyber Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary Technical Support: Respond to and resolve trouble tickets for a diverse clientele on a variety of devices, including workstations, Thin Clients, laptops, and other devices.
• Software Installation: Handle software installation and support.
• Customer Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments with customers to provide on-site and remote troubleshooting. 
• Ticket Management 
• Managing Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI). 
• Compliance with Time Compliance Network Orders (TCNO) and Mission Type Order (MTO). 
• Local Registration Authority (LRA) Duties 

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Secret Clearance 
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with SecureView or similar systems.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and ticket management systems.
