CST Group Inc. is Hiring a Customer Experience Specialist Near Malone, NY

THE MISSION OF THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST/MARKETING ASSISTANT POSITION:

To support all office staff with a focus on the Customer Experience. Support the Sales and Marketing Team to ensure communication is going out and accuracy is prioritized.

To update and maintain KEAP Database with Cleaned and Qualified List and ensure all marketing material is updated and accurate.

TOP 3 RESULTS FOR THE POSITION:

  • Ensure client experience is up to company standards
  • To enter 100-200 cleaned suspects/prospects into CRM every week and maintain 100% accuracy of KEAP database.
  • To update and maintain online presence with website and social media content.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

  • To perform general office duties such as answering phones, directing calls, and greeting clients and always maintain a calm demeanor in the face of client chaos

· Do follow up phone calls to clients after service has been performed

· Provide support to staff as necessary including but not limited to Administration, Technical Staff and Sales Staff

  • Maintain a calm demeanor in the face of client chaos
  • To maintain CRM database with 100% accuracy and continue to build this database with 100-200 new cleaned and qualified suspects each week using Internet, LinkedIn and other database resources to ensure we are only adding suspects we would want to do business with.
  • Mail 50-75 campaigns each week to businesses in CRM.
  • To prepare all marketing material as necessary and communicate with SDR/Appt. Setter on ideas and changes.
  • To manage and maintain the company’s website to ensure links and forms are all working as expected.
  • To create and post to all social media platforms with updated information, client news, employee updates and continue to build online presence.
  • To prepare, brand, customize gifts to clients and track timeline of when they are going out.
  • To work with Lisa on regular communications to existing clients to maintain service levels and keep line of communication open.
  • To assist in any manner possible with the preparation of our events; this may include development and printing of all marketing material and attendance at events.
  • To assist Sales Development Rep with developing new ideas on how we can improve our sales process and meet goals.
  • Attend & contribute to weekly staff meetings reporting and updating team on progress of Rocks
  • Track all work hours for appropriate payroll allotment

SKILLS THIS POSITION REQUIRES:

¨Basic knowledge of computer systems and their functions.

¨ Extreme attention to detail and being highly organized.

¨ Excellent project and time management skills.

¨ Ability to work to meet deadlines, (often) under pressure.

¨ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

¨ Ability to use CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
