Full job description

• Possesses a willingness to work harmoniously with others to get a job done
• Cooks various types of fruit filling products on a kettle within scheduled times
• Comprehends and follows Allergen procedures • Works independently without close supervision; also willing to work in a team environment
• Actively aware of product quality and value while working safely • Records and completes traceability documentation
• Finds and records vendors and lot codes accurately • Operates steam gauges, cool down valves, liquid sugar controls, and water meters
• Reads and follows prepared formulas and directions • Gathers and returns ingredients and supplies • Maintains well organized, detailed, and legible production documents
• Troubleshoots or communicates information re: equipment/machinery • Uses tools and measuring devices • Follows supervisor’s directions
• Follows Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Standard Sanitary Operating Procedures (SSOPs)
• Reads and understands instruments like thermometers, gauges, scales, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
