Our client is seeking a dynamic and versatile leader with extensive experience in implementing technology solutions across an organization. This role requires a balanced mix of strategic planning and hands-on implementation, along with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities we aim to address.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute technology strategy to ensure we have the necessary capabilities, systems, partnerships, and staff to achieve our strategic goals.
• Lead, manage, and conduct performance reviews for all technology staff.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Planning Team to set multi-year and annual business and technology goals. Participate in strategic planning sessions at least every three years.
• Keep leadership and staff informed about the status of new and ongoing technology projects.
• Monitor industry trends to modernize technology, innovate, and deliver solutions that meet current and future customer demands.
• Protect and secure all systems, data, and users from cyber threats.
• Ensure networks and systems are modern, prepared, and capable of maximizing employee productivity and customer experience.
• Minimize employee downtime and ensure satisfaction through efficient internal and external support functions.
• Manage relationships with critical IT partners, monitor their performance, and minimize disruptions to operations.
• Ensure consistent control and monitoring of equipment.
• Optimize data warehouse structures to support reporting requirements.
• Monitor all customer interfaces to ensure consistent and stable public access to resources.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role within Technology, with a focus on applications, integration, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align Technology initiatives with organizational goals.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, driving collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing integration architecture frameworks, utilizing EDI, APIs, ESBs, and other middleware technologies.
• Proven track record in analyzing, implementing, and evaluating Technology systems and specifications.
• Successful vendor management, contract negotiation, and strategic partnership experience.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR), and risk management practices.
• Strong background in enterprise application management, including TMS systems, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and custom-developed applications.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset.
