Capital Sand Permian in Monahans, TX is looking for Loader Operators. This position will load and unload trucks, and responsible for safely loading goods as directed by the supervisor. Operators will maintain warehouse inventory levels according to company procedures along with ensuring that proper documentation is maintained regarding work performed during shift.

Detailed job duties include:

• Operate a loader to transport and load materials.
• Ensure that proper paperwork is completed prior to starting work.
• Follow safety procedures when operating equipment.
• Keep track of inventory levels and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding safe working practices.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualification:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must have the ability and willingness to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.
• Ability to work with heavy equipment such as End Loaders is required
• Must possess good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated
• Demonstrate excellent time management abilities
