Title: MDM - Profisee Consultant

Location: Dallas, TX/ Remote

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

• MDM Profisee with minimum of 8 years of experience in master data management, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Profisee MDM. He will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of our master data management (MDM) solution using Profisee. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance, data quality, and data integration requirements are met, driving business value through effective management of master data.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Profisee MDM solution, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define master data domains, hierarchies, and data models aligned with business objectives and data governance principles.
• Develop and implement data quality rules, validation processes, and workflows to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee data integration efforts, including ETL processes and real-time data synchronization, to ensure seamless data flow between systems and data sources.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the MDM team, assisting with complex problem-solving and troubleshooting as needed.
• Drive user adoption and provide training and support to end-users to maximize the benefits of the Profisee MDM solution.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in MDM and data management technologies, recommending improvements and enhancements to our MDM strategy and solution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in master data management, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Profisee MDM.
• Proven track record of successfully leading MDM projects from inception to completion, including solution design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience designing complex data models for master data entities.
• Expertise in data governance principles, data quality management, and data integration techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and other relevant technologies used in MDM implementations.
• Profisee certification(s) preferred
