Custodian, Janitor - START IMMEDIATELY!

We are seeking a dedicated general cleaner (custodian) to join our team in the greater Grand Rapids area!

Part time openings:

• Monday-Friday: 11am-7:30pm (medical setting off of Fulton)

Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Operating a floor scrubber or similar floor cleaning equipment
• As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Great attendance!
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and possible drug test (in addition to submit fingerprints for positions in schools)
• 18 years of age or older with valid ID
• Ability to work efficiently while upholding company’s quality standards
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors/managers and other team members
• Driving positions require a car to drive during shift, a valid driver's license and valid insurance
• Previous cleaning experience preferred!
