Job Title: Project Manager - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

Location: Milford, MI

We are currently seeking experienced Project Manager(s) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

- Efficient personal time management to ensure project deadlines are met.

- Tracking project progress and milestones.

- Providing daily updates on project tasks and timelines.

- Communicating regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.

- Tracking materials and ensuring timely delivery to project sites.

- Managing manpower resources effectively to meet project requirements.

- Building and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion.

- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Projects, and share folders for project documentation and reporting.

- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software is beneficial.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in MEP projects.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Projects).

- Experience with BIM and CAD software is advantageous.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
