SUMMARY:
The Program Scheduler will be the primary owner, user and manager of a consolidated Master Program Schedule that integrates data and information from numerous other schedules within a complex Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). The Program Scheduler is required to understand and apply design, procurement and construction concepts, execution of them all, and the associated relationships between each, while developing critical path logic.
Expert use of Primavera P6, with the ability to set baselines, track deviations, outline critical path, load cost and resources to tasks/activities, and integrate numerous other schedules/data into one Master Program Schedule is required. The Program Scheduler will have intimate knowledge of the deliverables within each area of the WBS and will set constraints based on the logic and sequencing occurring within each respective WBS area. Earned Value Management (EVM) and the ability to compare cost vs. progress vs. elapsed time, effectively reporting the information out, and identifying risks associated with each is required. Expertise in the project controls process and other elements of their effective management and reporting is required.
This position is required to understand the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) associated with the project controls reporting within the program, and will have individual responsibilities to keep certain KPIs current and reported. The ability to adjust schedule logic and project sequencing to course-correct problem areas is required. This position will require the candidate to work closely with dynamic and cross-functional project management and project controls teams, specifically related to the technical design of a multi-phased, multi-billion-dollar semiconductor fabrication facility.
This is a full time FLSA exempt position. This position requires 40 work hours per week with the ability to work more if required.
