CSL Staffing is seeking an energetic Telemarketing Representative for our client located in Escondido, CA. The company specializes in providing end-to-end comprehensive energy service solutions to both residential and commercial capacities. The Telemarketing Representative with make and receive calls with the intent of promoting and selling company products and services.

Position: Telemarketing Representative
Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr DOE
Shift: M-F Must be flexible (nationwide coverage)

Position type: Temp Assignment- 90 days
Location: In Office; Escondido, CA

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively pursuing and following up on company-generated leads
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases
• Responsible for heavy outbound calling (100 per day)
• Collaborate with internal teams/Sales Representatives.
• Date entry of all communication with potential customers and sales representatives.
• Answer questions about products or services to prospect over the phone
• Stay updated on company products.

Skills & Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience working Outbound Call Center preferred
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over phone
• Always follow company policies and procedures.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
