Job Responsibilities Include:
Supporting the Executive Director to increase occupancy, meet budgeted census and revenue, and maintain a waiting list for available apartments.
Conducting Community tours and facilitating new resident move-ins.
Supervising and evaluating the concierge personnel to ensure adequate services are available 24/7 and are meeting the needs of the residents.
Orienting, training, and supervising the concierge team.
Conducting daily rounds of the Independent Living Community.
Addressing all resident and family requests, complaints, and concerns.
Managing and maintaining CRM on a daily basis to reflect current documentation and next steps for each prospect and referral sources.
Scheduling sales appointments, both inside and away from the Community and structuring their work schedule to maximize efficiency.
Monitoring Resident Services, such as Dining and Activities, and collaborating with the team to ensure adequate services are provided.
