Job Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the Executive Director to increase occupancy, meet budgeted census and revenue, and maintain a waiting list for available apartments.
• Conducting Community tours and facilitating new resident move-ins.
• Supervising and evaluating the concierge personnel to ensure adequate services are available 24/7 and are meeting the needs of the residents.
• Orienting, training, and supervising the concierge team.
• Conducting daily rounds of the Independent Living Community.
• Addressing all resident and family requests, complaints, and concerns.
• Managing and maintaining CRM on a daily basis to reflect current documentation and next steps for each prospect and referral sources.
• Scheduling sales appointments, both inside and away from the Community and structuring their work schedule to maximize efficiency.
• Monitoring Resident Services, such as Dining and Activities, and collaborating with the team to ensure adequate services are provided.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Management and/or Sales Experience highly preferred
• Enjoys providing exceptional customer service and care to our senior residents
