Lead Project Manager - Columbia / Richland County, South Carolina

My client, a Top Construction Firm across the Southeast, are looking to add a strong Project Manager with experience ideally on Hospitality or Multifamily projects to join their team in the Richland County, South Carolina area.

Main Responsibilities:

• The Senior Project Manager is to oversee the project from pre-construction / design phase through to completion and handover.
• You will act as the interface between the client, Architect, Engineer & Owner, whilst responsible for the field supervisory personnel and operational subcontractors.
• You will attempt to maximise profit and control cost to ensure stability and future growth within the division.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or related field
• 5 years construction management experience
• Project Related Fields - Hospitality / Multifamily Construction
• Experience as Lead Project Manager on Mid to Large Construction Projects
• GC Licensing / Registration
