C.S.D.P. Security- primary residential and commercial security guard company is seeking to hire a  full-time Security Supervisor!

We are seeking motivated and professional applicants with customer service and management backgrounds ! Military, law enforcement, and security backgrounds are NOT required but are welcome to apply! 

As a Security Supervisor, you'll provide direction to assigned personnel and perform supervision duties. Additionally, you'll:

• Assist with planning and organizing daily operations, including scheduling. 
• Train subordinates on established methods and procedures.
• Assure adherence to all safety policies and procedures in assigned area and report any safety hazards.
• Make recommendations that will contribute to improved job performance and development
• Maintain security equipment.
• Review reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned. ​​​​​​​
