As a CSC Appliance Delivery/Install Technician your days will be active, partnered delivering & installing washer & dryer unites to a variety of locations or in our warehouse. You’ll have a constant change of scenery, engage with clients and consumers daily, and learn new technology in an environment that supports your success in both your career and life.

Job Duties:

• Deliver and install residential washing machines & dryers with a Box Truck(16ft )
• Prepare, load and unload Washer/Dryer into trucks for delivery & removal
• Connecting water & gas lines and always double-checking removals and installations for leaks.
• Dismantling and reassembling washer/dryer units
• Advise customers/clients how to operate washer/dryer and equipment in a safe and effective manner.
• Testing equipment to make sure it’s fully functioning before you leave.
• Keeping delivery locations clean and safe - a quick yet important part of our Best-in-Class service.
• Staying physically active loading and unloading your company truck using a 2-wheeled hand cart for support, ease, and safety.
• Ability to maneuver in restrictive areas; often squatting, kneeling, crawling and reaching overhead while lifting, holding and maneuvering tools or servicing parts weighing 20 - 50lbs.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass background, MVR, drug & DOT screening
• DOT Certification and/or Gas Dryer Install a plus!
• 1 year of job-related experience in the areas of delivery and installation (preferred) training is provided
• Mechanical & Maintenance Experience/Knowledge
• Experience driving box trucks
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related)
• Knowledge with computers and smart phone technology
• Troubleshooting
• Route Driving Experience a plus!
