We are looking for a Coordinating Supervisor for PPF technicians of door edge guards in the greaterArlington Heights area. (40 mins around Arlington Heights area)

We are partnered with auto dealerships in the area. Focusing on installing paint protection film on door edges/ back of door handles/ top of rear bumpers.

Paid training is included, which consist of 1-2 weeks for the trainee to understand the environment and capable of quality installs using our PPF kits, along with our service process.

Responsibilities

• The Coordinating Supervisor is responsible for supervising and directing field technicians on dealership sites
• This position plays a crucial role in providing strategic planning, administrative support, budget oversight, mentoring, leadership, and technical assistance for the growth and development of the department
• The Coordinating Supervisor manages field personnel and supports the team in identifying and implementing customer-based real time solutions
• We are seeking a self-starter with a record of dependability and motivation to fulfill scheduled responsibilities without constant direction
• Maintain personable contact and representation to our dealerships, as well as field installation preparation or coverage
• Executing individual installs as necessary to service dealerships
• Preparations for each upcoming week, potentially filling in any deficit within the production or install team as needed
• Contacting employees and delivering inventory needs for installation
• Training any new installers

Details

• Must have reliable vehicle.
• Must have smartphone for texting.
• Schedule is daytime 5-6 days a week (Saturday mornings as needed).
• 8 hours a day normally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,600.00 - $5,800.00 per month
