Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate completion of all nightly audit procedures and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours.

Duties:
- Perform nightly audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts, including room rates, charges, and payments
- Balance and reconcile all revenue and settlement accounts
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process as needed
- Monitor the hotel's security systems and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
