Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will work throughout the facilities completing various electrical repairs and new construction. You will also take part in other general maintenance assignments, complete preventative maintenance and

Responsibilities:

• Adds value to the facilities maintenance team through hands on and technical abilities (electrical), contribution to maintenance strategies and delivery of excellent customer service.

• Supports maintenance of all systems and equipment including (but not limited to) electrical, plumbing, lighting, office equipment, tool machinery, snow removal equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC systems and Tow Motors.

• Perform monthly duties, assignments and preventative maintenance according to the Equipment Maintenance Aspect List. Ensure all completed work and repairs completed are logged accordingly.

• Takes on day to day assignments as directed by the Supervisor. Responds to assigned tickets received from the internal ticketing system and emails in a timely manner.

• Interacts with all employees in a team-oriented environment.

• Available for emergency on-call maintenance when needed.

Qualifications:

• 5 years related experience or completion of Trade School or a combination of education and experience in Electrical (480Volt3phase), Tow Motors, Machine repair

• Computer knowledge of Excel and Word.

• Must be able to work effectively independently and as a member of a team. Leadership experience an asset.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with people throughout the organization.

• Must be flexible and adaptable to a variety of work assignments.
