Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Process Lead. As a Process Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing inventory control, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, possess mechanical knowledge, and have strong leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Promote a Culture that supports Safety, Continuous Improvement, and Quality

• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work environment by following all safety protocols and performing routine housekeeping and workplace organization by promoting 5S principals.

• Enforce the 5S principals in the primary areas of responsibilities.

• Provide approximately 50% of time worked on the production floor, covering for vacations, cross-training support, and building teamwork between each shift.

• Must communicate with the Production Team Leaders on each shift frequently on KPI issues.

• Assist the Production Team Leaders on each shift to help allocate manpower in the correct areas to achieve production targets.

• Support Team Lead in managing Time and Attendance and Apriso systems.

• Support mandatory and periodic training necessary for their positions.

• Identify and liaison with PEX department on continuous improvement opportunities.

• Provide accurate performance reporting (KPI’s)

• Participate in cross-functional communication between shifts and between other production and support departments.

• Make sure the workforce is properly manned by scheduling correctly.

• Managing day to day work assignments of the team.

• Fill in for Team lead in absence.

• Lead daily management meeting as requested.

• Other duties may be assigned.

Experience:

• Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role is required
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Familiarity with 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is preferred

Qualification:

• High school diploma/GED

• Computer Skills in MS Office and manufacturing control software

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
