Qualifications for the job:

• Education: High School Diploma
• 2 Years of QSR experience, Required minimum of 1 year in a leadership or management role. You must have a stable work history and longevity with previous employers.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have open availability for 40 hours per week including weekends

Experience can include being a Shift Lead at Star Bucks, Panera Bread Co, Door Dash, Chick Filet, Taco Bell, Cheddar Head Holdings LLC, Potbelly Sandwich Shop, Jimmy Johns, Subway, etc,

Key Competencies:

A Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the management team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and previous experience in a quick serve restaurant environment. The Shift Lead will perform a variety of responsibilities, including baking bread/prepping ingredients, serving customers, performing all tasks related to opening and closing/opening of store, and managing and leading a crew of 2 to 5 people.

• Create food consistent with high-quality standards

• Maintain a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others

• Monitor inventory levels and place food orders
• Handle cash transactions
