Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferred in Education) and 2 years of experience in training or instructing and developing training materials.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
Substitution: Six years of specialized experience; associate's degree and four years of experience.
These temporary project positions have been approved by Civil Service to 1/31/25. Positions may be extended after this date based on operational needs and Civil Service approval.
Duties Description Evaluate current processes and develop recommendations
* Compile and tracks performance data
* Create procedure manuals
* Train employees in new procedures, techniques, and methods
* Update staff on operational changes
* Schedule and manage enrollments for the trainings
* Make oral presentations utilizing charts, slide presentations, and other visual support devices and techniques.
* Travel, as needed
* Meet the time and attendance requirements of the Department.
Travel requirements will be discussed at interview.
