Qualifications

• Experience in building supply sales/hardware store
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, building materials, tools, kitchen cabinets
• Experience in sales and retail sales
• Organized and analytical
• Ability to learn and use our sales software (Epicor Bistrack)
• Bilingual
• Ability to work in a team

Responsibilities

• Taking orders over the phone, email, and in person
• Assisting walk in retail and account customers
• Using expertise and knowledge to advise customers
