What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Implement a variety of wound care therapies, including debridement, dressing changes, and compression therapy.
Educate residents and their families on wound care and prevention strategies.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document care diligently and accurately.
Maintain a sterile and safe wound care environment.
What You Bring:
Current RN license in the state of Florida.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in wound care management.
Strong clinical skills in wound assessment, dressing selection, and therapeutic interventions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
