SUMMARY:

Crystal Property Services is a full-service property management solution that has newly renovated communities all over south Atlanta. Crystal Property services is looking to hire a Leasing agent to become a part of our team responsible for accomplishing effective leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to resident requests and problems with a high level of customer service
• Respond to site visit or telephone inquiries, and conduct site tours
• Optimize occupancy while maximizing effective leased rent
• Use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic levels and meet budgeted occupancy percentages
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and that of the competition
• Prepare all lease related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
• Follow policies and procedures in the qualification, screening, and acceptance of applicants
• Walk units to ensure readiness
• Tracking leads and entering them into the system
• Actively following up on leads
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 6 months of leasing experience
• Strong sales skills
• A professional image
• Great customer service skill
• Good organizational skills
• Have a positive attitude
• Have attention to detail in their work
• Familiarity with contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with tenants

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
