About Crystal Mover Services, Inc.

Crystal Mover Services, Inc. (CMSI) is a dedicated and highly specialized Operations and Maintenance (O&M) organization established by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America Inc. (MHIA) and Sumitomo Corporation (SC)/Sumitomo Corporation of Americas (SCOA) on January, 2009. CMSI was established to seamlessly, reliably, and successfully support the O&M needs of the Crystal Mover Automated People Mover (APM) manufactured by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) and installed in the United States of America. The Headquarters is located in Miami, with branches in GA, VA and FL. System service availability... and safety are critical aspects of any APM project that cannot be overemphasized. Unexpected system downtime and safety incidents can irreparably damage the reputation of the system owner and negatively impact system ridership levels. This type of knowledge can only be derived from years of experience successfully implementing, operating, and maintaining these systems. Therefore, the roll of CMSI is extremely important. As an organization, CMSI effectively builds upon the history of successful strategic collaboration between the aforementioned companies, combining the resources and experience of three of the most respected names in the transit vehicle manufacturing, implementation, operations, and maintenance field. This invaluable expertise is backed by a proven system service reliability record that is virtually unparalleled in the industry. More
