With over 13 years of experience and abundant resources you can rely on receiving great support with your clients with minimum paperwork due. We have an entire admin team that is committed to helping you work smarter rather than harder.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop personalized intervention plans.
2. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
3. Provide comprehensive training and support to parents, caregivers, and support staff for consistent intervention implementation.
4. Utilize data-driven methodologies to assess progress and adjust intervention strategies accordingly.
5. Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis for continuous professional development.
Qualifications:
1. Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is a requirement.
2. Hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
4. Experience working across diverse populations and age groups, demonstrating adaptability and sensitivity.
5. Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards in the field of behavior analysis.
6. Willingness to work within a 20-mile radius, serving clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and communities
7.Excellent English language skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
8. Level 2 Background Check required prior to hire

About CMNB:

Our bilingual staff, and sometimes trilingual, are highly trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Verbal Behavior, in-home/school intensive therapy, and exceptional parent support. In addition to delivering outstanding services and maintaining our stellar reputation in the field, our mission is to disseminate Applied Behavior Analysis to all populations and fields. Our founder is a Licensed clinical psychologist and a doctoral level BCBA- (You will probably meet her during the interview-that's how hands on she is ;)
