We are seeking an energetic, and motivated individual to join our administrative and sales team as a Store Manager. You’ll love this job if you:

The successful candidate will provide leadership and be the designated contact person for store-specific needs. Additionally, this position uses independent judgment and discretion in managing several employees while emphasizing customer service and sales with those employees.

Duties include:

• Hires, trains, and manages store employees within the full employment life cycle
• Fulfills retail responsibilities and provides excellent customer service when working in the store
• Responsible for overall store success, including hitting goals for sales, conversion, average order value, and other metrics
• Maintains accurate inventory, monitors merchandise displays, and manages quality control of products
• Ensures compliance of all policies and procedures with store employees and team members
• On-call during general hours of operations and cover shifts as needed to maintain expected store hours in the event a subordinate is not able to attend
• Acts as a resource and team player to store employees and other stores that may need assistance
• Performs certain marketing tasks including creating social media content, blog posts, or local listings as directed
• Establishes and maintains community relationships, DDAs, Chambers, and participates in local events
• Oversees accurate cash drawer deposits and overall register balances
• Maintains regular communication with customers, team members and management, and follows up on service delivery with a sense of urgency
• Fulfills, packs and ships online orders and/or provides oversight of online sales platforms as needed
• Fulfills duties as supervisor in full compliance with Department of Labor and general HR expectations

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Completed High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work within various technology platforms and systems, including but not limited to POS systems, email, and project management software
• Previous retail experience is beneficial, though not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate and basic math skills
• Available to work on weekends and holidays
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to fulfill all physical demands of the position as indicated by Crystal Joys
