Job Responsibilities

• Produce and assemble products
• Correctly follows the instructions from Sales Work Orders and POPs
• Analyzes Production Schedule to assist in work-flow efficiency
• Properly handles product to minimize damage
• Follows all Crystal D corporate safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Safely uses equipment and materials properly and follows all preventative maintenance schedules
• Correctly milestones production/shipping activities
• Able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
• Have a strong sense of accountability—and an equally strong sense of teamwork
• Identify problems; communicate issues to Leads and Supervisors.
• Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by supervision or management.

Hours are typically Monday-Friday between the hours of 7a-5p. However, during busy times, overtime and weekend hours will be required.
Qualifications

• Prior experience in a production setting
• Prior sandblasing/etching experience
• Familiar with production equipment and machinery
• Sharp attention to detail in favor of identifying defects
• Self-driven and hard worker
• Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Flexible to work shifts, overtime and weekends as required
• Able to stand for long hours at a time
• Physically able to lift, carry and move up to 60lbs

Pay: $19/hr. and up, depending on experience

Supplemental Pay:
