Job Description

This vital role serves as the primary touchpoint for our clients, overseeing the lifecycle of home plans from design to approval, and managing critical aspects of the building process. The position is ideal for someone who is highly personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Interaction and Office Management

  • Handle incoming calls with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage customer information packets and marketing materials.
  • Welcome new customers and help familiarize them with our processes.
  • Use our customer management software to keep track of potential clients.

Project Coordination of Home Design Process:

  • Oversee the progression of home plans from design to approval, ensuring all steps are on track.
  • Address any scheduling conflicts during design process, and coordinate with necessary external parties.
  • Keep clients regularly informed about the status of their design.

Selection Management:

  • Organize and lead selection meetings for exterior elements of homes.
  • Educate clients on standard options and coordinate with vendors to ensure these are showcased properly.

HOA and Permit Coordination:

  • Manage submissions to HOAs and local government for necessary approvals.
  • Maintain meticulous records in our project management system.

Final Walkthrough and Warranty Coordination:

  • Liaise with superintendents regarding outcomes from final walkthroughs.
  • Handle the warranty process and coordinate any necessary repairs with vendors and clients.

Event Planning:

  • Plan and execute company events, managing logistics from venue booking to catering and entertainment.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • You are a people person with excellent communication skills.
  • You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high organizational standards.
  • You have experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and the construction or real estate industry is a plus.
