Description:
Join our team as a Residential Cleaning Company Manager and lead a dedicated team of cleaning professionals to deliver exceptional service to our clients in Scottsdale, Arizona. As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential cleaning services, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and fostering positive relationships with both clients and staff members.
Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of cleaning technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
2. Scheduling and Coordination: Oversee the scheduling of cleaning appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely completion of services. Ensure all shift have been covered each week, and eventually run homebase app.
3. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of cleaned properties to ensure that established quality standards are met or exceeded. Provide feedback and coaching to team members to continually improve performance and service delivery.
4. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service.
5. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to onboard new staff members and enhance the skills and knowledge of existing team members. Provide ongoing support and guidance to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
6.Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained to support daily operations. Monitor expenses and optimize purchasing practices to maximize cost-efficiency.
7. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for employees and clients. Implement best practices for cleaning procedures and use of cleaning products to minimize risks.
8. Performance Management: Evaluate employee performance, provide regular performance feedback, and administer rewards and disciplinary actions as necessary. Set performance goals and objectives to drive employee engagement and productivity.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential cleaning services or related field, with demonstrated leadership and managerial skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products, as well as health and safety standards.
- Proven ability to problem-solve, make decisions, and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Proficiency in computer software applications for scheduling, communication, and reporting.
