Essential Job Functions:

As a Hospitiality Aide for Crystal Care of Ashland, you must be able to perform the following essential functions as demonstrated by the ability to:

· Follow established performance standards and perform duties according to nursing service policies and procedures.

· Report anything unusual about residents to charge nurse.

· Take residents to dining room.

· Report changes in residents’ conditions to charge nurse or nursing supervisor.

· Listen to resident and family complaints and report problems to charge nurse.

· Answer call lights.

· Serve meal trays
