Crystal Cabinet Works is Hiring a Final Inspector - Panel Doors Department - 1st Shift Near Princeton, MN

Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a Final Inspector to join our team in Princeton, MN!

Schedule and Pay:

1st Shift: Monday through Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:15 PM ; Friday OT hours if needed

Salary Grade F

Job Summary:

The Final Inspector is responsible for reviewing job changes and orders, retrieving missing parts and inspecting all cabinet components to ensure they are paint ready, meet specifications as well as quality standards for all panel doors, drawer fronts, etc.

Job Duties:

  • Reviews the manufacturing schedule and updates weekly with modifications for job changes as well as notifies the appropriate person.
  • Retrieves jobs and prioritizes work to ensure product is in appropriate locations to meet the demands of the daily work schedule.
  • Reviews job orders.
  • Inspects every cabinet part ensuring they meet specifications and quality standards on easel per job order, special request, or detailed drawing.
  • Repairs flaws by puttying and sanding.
  • Generates paperwork necessary to reorder or rework product and expedites product that needs to be repaired, remade, or reordered.
  • Retrieves any missing parts or components.
  • Moves jobs on to Customs Department.
  • Distresses components as needed per job order, special request, or detailed drawing.
  • Maintains all working areas in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion.
