Job Description: Engagea Comm is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Data Entry & Customer Service Representative. This position will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems while also providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Pay Range: $38.500 - $48.500 per year
Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Enter customer information, orders, and other data into our databases with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and courteous assistance via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Order Processing: Process customer orders, track shipments, and update order statuses in our systems, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and inquiries in a proactive and professional manner, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Engagea Comm's products, services, and offerings to effectively assist customers and provide product recommendations as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software or database management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
