Job Description: Engagea Comm is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Data Entry & Customer Service Representative. This position will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems while also providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Job : Full time Pay Range: $38.500 - $48.500 per year Key Responsibilities
Data Entry: Enter customer information, orders, and other data into our databases with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and courteous assistance via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Order Processing: Process customer orders, track shipments, and update order statuses in our systems, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and inquiries in a proactive and professional manner, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Engagea Comm's products, services, and offerings to effectively assist customers and provide product recommendations as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software or database management systems is a plus.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
