We are looking for a full-time BIM Technician in our Anchorage office to be an integral part of the success of our company. The BIM Technician develops project drawings and graphics using BIM and CADD software applications including Revit, NavisWorks, and other software for clash detection.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Preparing design drawings in coordination with multiple design disciplines
• Developing 3D design models.
• Preparing details from hand sketches and markups
• Incorporating review comments and backchecking the changes
• Working independently and as part of a multi-discipline team
• Following CRW and client quality standards.
• Creating and maintaining BIM and CADD library files

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Advanced knowledge of Revit software and NavisWorks.
• Strong understanding of building design and structural systems
• Ability to read and translate blueprints and technical drawings
• Well organized and a keen eye for detail
• Good time management skills
• Effective communicator
• Ability and aptitude to produce BIM models and drawings to a high standard

Education and Experience:

• CADD technician with a minimum of 5 years of Structural BIM experience
• BIM technicians with 5 or more years of Mechanical, Electrical, or Process experience are encouraged to apply for other opportunities.
• CADD/Revit Certifications are a plus.
