Job Summary
The Visitor Information Center Specialist will be responsible for providing destination information to guests and assisting with our continuous distribution efforts for promoting the city and region as well as retail products in the Visitor Info Center Gift Shops. Drawing from an extensive knowledge of the Charlotte region, the Specialist will enthusiastically promote Charlotte in a manner that will encourage repeat visitation that produces additional economic impact for our community. Promote and process sales of retail merchandise in the Visitor Info Center Gift Shops or other pop-up or promotional events. Do you love experiencing all that Charlotte has to offer?
