LAWN MAINTANCE CREW MEMBER

Job Description

Crew Members are responsible for performing assigned tasks to achieve desired goals for the month, complete weekly tasks, and operate in a safe manner on all assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Crew Leader to complete assigned daily tasks
• Perform proper maintenance practices
• Communicate closely with Crew Leaders to relay any problems or concerns you see on a property
• Operate all equipment and vehicles in a safe manner/ handle equipment respectfully and appropriately

Requirements:

• Competence skills in lawn mowing, weed-eating, edging, trimming/pruning of all plants and shrubs, blow, pickup and remove all debris.
• Be able to follow a maintenance plan for each property to ensure that each week addresses a different section of the property and different plants to ensure comprehensive coverage and maximum efficiency of operations
• Basic plant knowledge and recognizing symptoms of poor plant health
• Ability to follow details and instructions
• Strong English communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.

Salary will be based on experience between $18-$20/hr

Job Type: Full-time

7:00 am start time

*We work four 10 hour days* (Monday - Thursday)

Experience:

• Landscaping: 2 years (Preferred)

License:

• SC Driver's License (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
