Crust Simply Italian is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our multiple locations. As a popular Italian restaurant and bar, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service, delicious food, and a vibrant atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the bar operations at multiple Crust Simply Italian locations
- Develop and implement innovative bar programs to enhance guest experience
- Train and supervise bar staff to ensure high quality service and adherence to company standards
- Maintain inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with the management team to create and execute promotional events and marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of beverage trends and industry best practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
- Serv safe certified
