We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor/Bartender to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the pizzeria, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow

• Train, supervise, and motivate a team of pizzeria staff, including pizza makers, servers, and delivery drivers

• Monitor food preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion control, and quality standards

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the pizzeria, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

• Manage inventory levels and place orders for ingredients, supplies, and equipment as needed

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new hires

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry, preferably in a pizzeria or restaurant setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

• Ensure all bar equipment is clean, operational, and properly stocked

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and utensils

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Take orders and provide recommendations based on customer preference.

• Train and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support as needed

• Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
