Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance professional to join our team. As Building Maintenance/Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities.

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks & general cleaning
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Maintaining the outdoor property
• Landscaping
• Painting
• Watering plants, flower beds and garden
• Miscellaneous task associated with keeping the bakery orderly I.e., power washing
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Helping in the dish tank
• Checking in orders coming in
• Inventory Support

Requirements:

• Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities
• Proven experience in building maintenance or related field
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Time Management: must follow schedules and transition between tasks efficiently.
• Teamwork: Working in fast-paced environments requires collaboration with colleagues and understanding workflow.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
