Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating restoration and construction projects at various locations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards. You will serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, subcontractors, and the company, while also overseeing on-site safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage restoration and construction activities on-site, including scheduling, subcontractor supervision, and material procurement.
- Ensure project timelines and milestones are met, while maintaining high-quality standards and cost efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and optimize project performance.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and compliance records.
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any issues impacting progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in the restoration and construction industry, with a strong background in managing diverse construction projects.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Willingness to travel extensively and work in various locations as required by project assignments.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
