Come join our team! What we do: As leaders, our General Managers know how to provide a dynamic one-of-a-kind guest experience, increaseprofitability, champion their teams, hire top talent and: • Exhibit solid leadership by delivering operational excellence while upholding Pieology Pizzeria Core Values • Optimize and grow profits by building sales and controlling costs, labor, and production • Partner with our Marketing team to execute local marketing campaigns and the roll out of promotions and new menuitems• Manage a high energy team of Shift Leaders and Team Members • Increase profitability through implementation of procedures designed to reduce costs and increaseproductivity • Build an amazing culture by creating trust within their team by recognizing a job well done and providing meaningfulfeedback • Demonstrate understanding of all Pieology Pizzeria policies, procedures, brand standards and guidelines • Proactively manage guest requests and concerns • Monitor and control inventory and COGS Qualifications and Skills Who we look for: • Individuals with a Passion for People, Food and Service • 2 years of experience as a General or Assistant Manager in a full service, fast casual, or fast-food restaurant • Proven track record of building high performance teams • Ability to effectively delegate responsibility • Excellent guest service skills, and ability to communicate effectively• Financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, and P & L management • Open availability to support all hours of business operation • Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s licenseSchedule: • Monday to Friday • Holidays• Weekend availability Education: High School or EquivalentLicense/Certification: • Driver's License• Food Manager Certification (preferred)ADA Statement:•Kitchen workspace is restricted & without seating while on duty.
