This terrific family-owned agency with a great culture has an immediate need to hire an Assistant Account Manager in their Personal Lines department. This role supports an Account Manager with renewals, data entry, checking policies for non-renewals or premium increases, processing endorsements, mortgage change requests, cancellations, and responding to clients' questions via phone or email in a timely manner.
This is an in-office position, and the ideal candidate will be located in the Tampa/Citrus Park/Carrollwood area. We are seeking candidates with 1 years of agency experience working with personal lines accounts. This is NOT a sales role. Candidates must have a 220 or 440 insurance license, be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and follows up quickly.
