Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for happy, cookie-loving Shift Leads to join their team!

Part-time, permanent positions are available.

The Shift Lead role will be mainly responsible for the production of our cookies as well as directing bakers during their working shifts! No prior baker experience is necessary but is a plus! If you enjoy baking, have a positive attitude, are a team player and want to go home from work smelling like fresh-baked cookies, this job is for you!

• Providing customer service
• Operating various kitchen equipment : oven, scales, food processor, etc.
• Making dough, balling dough, frosting and decorating cookies
• Maintaining proper storage of food products
• Maintaining cleanliness of the facility
• Assist in training and developing baker skills
• Direct and implement tools and processes to assist Bakers in their daily functions
• Give reports of shifts as needed

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A / B test their way to the perfect cookie.

McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?

They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
